any one else start jogging?

With the weather warming up I’m sure most of you are venturing outdoors again, I want to get back into running. But haven’t really done it before. Anyone have any advice on how I can implement it in my routine? I am currently lifting 3X per week consistent. Should I run on non lifting days and how far should I run?
 
I used to do a lot of running, but it really takes an impact on your legs. if you want to weight train and focus on running too you are going to have to find the right balance or you will injure yourself.

i prefer hot yoga and pyro as my cardio which blows away jogging
 
I suggest you run on empty stomach 2-3 x/week and get real lean
 
I used to be a huge fan of jogging/running outside. Almost more for the mental benefits of being outside and having time to myself to think and reflect. I would get an app like "Couch to 10K" and just follow that. You just follow what it tells you in your ear and slowly gets you further.
