any of u guys work out early in the mourning?

I get up around 7 and go. I can't remember the last time I went to the gym in the afternoon. I avoid all the weekend warriors, fat girls, and ab rollerers. I love it. Best way to wake up.
I work weird hours though, so I have mornings and mid afternoons open.
 
I hit the gym in my apt complex in the AM, then I come back and shower.
 
I've been lifting in the morning 7-9 am for the past two years. If I train in the afternoon it feels different and I have less energy and can't focus as much.

Best part the gym is empty, don't have to put up with anyone and I get the training over with and my day is free to do whatever else I have planned.

Started back with cardio M-F @ 6:30am. Abs on M - W - F, evening lift sessions on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Shower, shave, and disinfect my feet every morning before driving to work. Have my cooler with a breakfast protein shake during the drive-in.

Works pretty nicely.
 
funny you should ask this. this week has been super busy so i have been forcing myself to the gym by 6:30. i am suprised how strong i am first thing in the morning and how much better i feel during the day after a morning workout. i kind of like the crowd there in the morning too. not as many people and friendlier.
 
train in the am, around 7 to 8ish. I am not real fond of it. I get nauseous every now and then on leg day, never had that in the afternoon.
 
if i was in mourning, not sure if I could workout....although, maybe it would be a good release and distraction.
