Any deserts on CKD

Hey guys, is there anything that you can eat sweet on a CKD? I just sometimes wish there was something sweet to eat after a day full of being strict, of course something with low carbs. Does anyone know of anything? Thanks

every once in a while you could indulge in some sugar-free jello. just don't make it a habit and don't eat too much

peanuts sunflower seeds and diet pop!!!! I think jello is gross as hello and just so bland. i dont know whta to do with it, eat it or drink it. just feels awkward if u know what i mean

I like making something I call "low carb ice cream." It's Cottage Cheese, Flax Seed Meal, Splash of Half/Half topped than freeze and eat topped with whipping cream. You don't have to freeze it, but helps with tricking you into thinking it's ice cream.

Diet coke and most other's have citric acid in them, and will usually kick u out of keto.

Diet Dr. Pepper is about the only one without that in it. Besides, just wait a few days and have a pint of Ben and Jerry's frozen yogurt on your carb up day

when i first started Aktins way back I was eating those spleda carb-olite bars.. they taste awesome.

i stopped though because i felt they were holding me back. now i do not trust these "Net Carbs" bars at all and count every carb that it says on them.

but every once in a while might not be to bad.. you can get them at Walgreeens and Walmart..

cottage cheese w/a bit of no sugar added jam, sugar free jello mixed up w/ whipped cream, cream cheese, capaccino w/ sweetner , sugar free ice cream (gross)
