Any benchers get pain in the radius bone?
I think I may have fractured the middle of the radius bone in the forearm.

I have a meet in 3 weeks and I'm looking for rehab advice so I can bench 600+ at the meet.

Bone?

Well, one pain I got was the tendon between my thumb and wrist from heavy benching. I damaged it from excessive benching and it took a while to heal. Pardon my ignorance on the radius bone, what exactly is it as I have recovered from alot of benching injuries

Sure it is the bone, and not the muscle/tendon in the forearm???

Muscle and tendons can be treated by a physio, 3 weeks could be a bit enthusiastic for complete recovery. Fractured bone will obviously take longer, and needs to be rested.
My advice is, get an xray, if it's fractured then give the comp a miss, there is always another comp, not worth giving yourself a long term injury for the sake of pulling out. If it is a muscle/tendon strain, then a physion could help, and the comp could be a possibility.

Does not seem likely that you would get a fracture mid shaft in your radius, almost certainly it is a soft tissue overuse injury. Check for point tenderness in which case it might be the bone but that would be bizzare.
