Completely fucking lame.. that judge has no right to make that kind of desicion based on her personal beliefs. They are there to interpret the law and THATS IT.

By "DEPing in," students can enlist at 17, get their high school diploma, then lock in a military job such as Force Recon - or scout snipers. They also qualify for a signing bonus.

No one "locks in" force recon or sniper school.. you may gaurantee a seat in the school.. but there is no fucking guarantee you'll make it through. This kid has heart but if you cant shoot.. you cant shoot... and if you lose your cool underwater.. you're fucking done.

The Govt does the exact same thing. Denying millions of people the ability to enlist. The list is huge of disqualifiers. Even simple shit.
