Anti-aromatase?

I am looking to start supplementing with Longjack, Fenugreek, and D-Aspartic acid to improve sleep and mood. I am worried about some of that added test becoming estrogen though.

What are some good anti-aromatasing supplements?

Is there anything that has similar ingredients and works almost as well that is in a pill form? I do understand you may lose some of the active ingredients taking it in a pill form due to stomach acid and breakdown but just curious if their is a comparable pill form version? Thanks guys

but i am on LGD 4033, do i need two AI's :
