anti-aging/hrt clinics

RJ, I used optimum health out of fla. they charged $640 for 20cc test cyp, 20 IU's hcg, 24 Arimidex tabs, and all the syringes I would need. I had my own blood work before I went to them. this is supposed to last 6 months at about 160mg/week of the test with a break worked in - I still don't know the purpose of the break. they were really pushing hgh but it was out of my cost realm and i don;'t know if my blood work would have qulified anyway. A selling point for them for me was that they are members in good staning of the better business burea (I looked them up at the bbb website.)

They gave me my BHRT protocol as follows:

300mg test per week (150mg Monday @ 6:00pm and 150mg Friday @ 6:00am)

HCG 1000iu per week (500iu Sunday @ 6:00pm and 500iu Thursday @ 6:00am)

3mg Arimidex per week (1mg Monday @ 6:00pm, 1mg Wednesday night @ midnight, and 1mg Friday @ 6:00am)

This type of injection/dosing protocol will prevent "hormonal spikes" and give me a more steady balance of all of my hormones through the week.

So, how do you feel with this protocol? How long have you been on it?

I have a friend who is a compounding pharmacist and he explained to me the only difference between bio test is the salt ester added to regular test (enethate cypionate) you have to do bio test daily in the form of creams. We all know what a pain rubbing these low dose creams are.

I feel great. I know the 300 seems high, but my test levels were 99. Yes...., 99. I feel a lot better. The first month was weird. My blood pressure went up and my heart was palpitating. Did some research and I had been with low test levels for so long my body had to readjust. Started doing a bit of cardio, cleaned up my diet and by week 6 bp was stabilized. Been on this for about 14 weeks with no adverse sides at all. Just feel great, my mental thought processes are a lot smoother, and I am finally making muscle gains again.

Sounds sweet. Have you had your levels checked since you've been on this protocol? According to a Test E dose/week chart I have, 300mg/week ought to put you in like the 1700-1800ng/dL range.

I was scheduled to get my blood work done 5 weeks ago. Unfortunately I have been battling a bad case of bronchitis for just over a month now. I didn't want to get blood work done when my sleep pattern, caloric intake, macro-nutrient ratios, and training were FUBAR.

It may sound silly, but I know my cholesterol and triglycerides would be way off with the way I was eating while sick. I really want to know how my current macro-nutrient breakdown affects those levels. So now that I have a week in of training, sleeping, and dieting, I am getting my blood work done tomorrow. It may take a few days to get the results due to the weekend, but I will keep you posted.

P.S. I as well am interested in this chart you have. If you can't post it, might you refer us to where we may get ourselves a copy?
