ANPB diet question

i started the anpb diet yesterday. i bought a 5lb tub of EAS chocolate flavored whey protein a day before i found out about the anpb diet.
I know what Mr.X recommends to use for protein, but what are the draw backs if i just use what i have.
Also, should i figure my calories using my real body weight or my lean body mass. im probably around 30% bf. im 5'7,250lbs.

its 20g protien,4g carb. its EAS Simply Protien, whey. even if its not exactly what the doctor ordered, its got to be better than eating the bullshit i have been eating. i would rather use up my $30 jug and then get what is recommended, instead of just throwing it out.. im short on cash as it is.

yeah finish what you got, then look into buying the proteins that are recommended by the honchos on this board ... they are 10x cheaper than EAS

It would certainly keep you out of ketosis w/ the high per-serving carbs, but it could work. Up to you to try it; if you were a client I would suggest against it, but if you're short on cash, go ahead and use it :)
