OK, I finally decided on a new split(I needed a change in my routine). I have decided that my shoulders are where I want the most work and development, so they are the muscle group that is worked twice a week which is where I see the most growth from them. I arranged this cycle so I could hit them 2x week:

Mon: Chest/Shoulders(Front/Side delts)
Tue: Legs
Wed: Back/Traps/Rear Delt
Thurs: Off
Fri: Shoulders(Front/Side delts)/Tris
Sat: Bi's
Sun: Off

Try this:
Mon: Chest/Shoulders(Front/Side delts)
Tue: back/traps/rear delt
Wed: off
Thurs: legs
Fri: shoulders(front/side delts)/tri's/Bi's
Sat: off
Sun: Off

That gives you a little more recovery and if your hitting shoulders twice a week you dont need to kill them...which is why I added bi's to your shoulder and tri day, making it more of an arm day. Your also not training for more than two days strait so when you come in to do legs(after an off day) you will be more rested and fresher. You have the weekend off but if you do cardio, abs, calves or forearms thats the time to do it.

Man I knew I could count on a good response from the Greek! You are obviously the man to go to on the training board here cuz that split you posted is what I'm going to try. Thanks again!

If you want something else here is my routine, but I am changing it soon->
mon: chest
tues: hams/traps/bi's(this is the day I do deadlifts)
wed: off
thurs: shoulders/tri's
fri: quads(the day I do squats)
sat: back
sun: off

I am mainly into bodybuilding but a while ago I wanted to get the big 3 back into my routine so I set that up so I could do them and not kill myself doing it. If anyone is interested I can post my typical exercises that I do on each day. This split seems to have produced good results for me...but as with anything involved with training, you cant do the same thing too long. So I am working on another as we speak(to start next week I think).
