Well, the commercial says you can gain 12lbs of muscle in 6 weeks by owning a Bowflex ----- doesn't say anything about using it or eating right.....

I googled him, got his website and searched through his variety of pics. There were a couple nasty graphic ones of the hematoma

I own a Boflex... I have had it about 3 or 4 years. It's nice to change up a routine and if you can't get to the gym you know you always can do a quick routine on it. I actually have seen 3 or 4 people get pretty cut up using it when I was in the military. It just goes back to diet and exercise... Whatever works for you.
