I am not sure on the legal issues, but if they
hack into our server, I would assume that it
would be illegally obtaining the information.
Because they would need to inform us, and
server us a warrant.
But if they were to intercept it while in
transit, then i dunno...

i would say your best bet is to use hushmail
for questionable things.
