Another question about 1-AD

Would anyone know if 1-AD would be good for increasing sprinting speed? I'm training to try out for the Arena league and last time I tried out they told me I was too slow......what do you all think?
 
you need to get you some 1-ad suppositories and stick them into your buttocks and take another one and eat it...j/k Bump!:fro:
 
personally, I wouldn't do it. Since taking many 1-ad cycles, my running has gone to shit. I used to run 3 miles but now I have gained 20+ pounds and running is a real bitch. Many times my legs felt like they weighed a ton and they aren't very big. I also noticed more cramping and just an overall sluggish feeling but I did gain size and get a little stronger for sure. Your free to try it as you know but I wouldn't expect much in sprinting speed.

It would hurt your endurance but if you work your sprints while you work everything else then everything should get stronger and speed faster..right?...I wonder if taking creatine would help this also?

You would want to use low doses (300mg a day or less) and keep the cycles short. You want to avoid getting stiff which can happen easily with too high dosing and too long cycles

Sprinters have used anabolics since the 60's to increase speed and start time. They usually like non aromatizing anabolics like winny at low to medium doses. The trick is to increase strength and recovery without adding too much bodyweight or becoming hard and tight
