personally, I wouldn't do it. Since taking many 1-ad cycles, my running has gone to shit. I used to run 3 miles but now I have gained 20+ pounds and running is a real bitch. Many times my legs felt like they weighed a ton and they aren't very big. I also noticed more cramping and just an overall sluggish feeling but I did gain size and get a little stronger for sure. Your free to try it as you know but I wouldn't expect much in sprinting speed.
