HAHAHA...this is JUST what I needed this morning! I had forgotten HOW funny cheese was to watch when he was working out. Whew...I needed that laugh!

Not much is more funny than cheese's tire flip though...lol...and the pic I have of him when he finished the flip in STL last time...lol. He says and does some of the funniest stuff I've ever even heard of...

Like when he finished his GM's last week he turned to me and says..."Hot diggdy dang...I've seen the light."

Can anyone say Cro-magnum man, How long are your arms?????

Cheese and I are built about the same way. We both have long arms. My arms may be a little longer than his but they don't look it becasue they are bigger. I wear a 16/17 shoe...hence my arms are very long too.

Cheese, I think, is weighing in around 235-240 right now and I am between 285-295.

I've got frigging short arms! Doesn't help my bench much as far as I can tell since I have a shallow ribcage
