That was it...and my back is nice and tight. Need a little woman with strong hands for a massage!!! After I finished my workout that took an hour and a half...I ate tons of food!!!

not bad except for the leg ext and leg curls...LOL :D
 
Hey...those leg ext/leg curl exercises work:) C'mon little man:) Ha ha ah aha ha...just messin'.

I do the leg exts to simulate the feeling that heavy sled dragging or pulling do. The leg curls...well...I do them one day and glute ham raises on another.

I hope to be back for a while. Finals are pretty much over, just one paper to turn in on Tuesday night...and I already have an A...so I may not give this paper 100%.

I have pics of me training...but hate it where I can't post them anymore.

Don't slack off on the paper. Always strive to do your best. It pays off! BTW, I just bought a new digital camera this weekend and there just may be a few gym pics once my chest is healed up.
