I tried this a while back...when I pulled 705 x 3 from 10", and missed it as well. I tried to "strain" against it though.

I didn't have anyone to help me...just started and build from there.

Avi is from Romania and he and his family have came here one by one to work and try to make money so someday they can move back home and be better off. He works six 12's a week and I got him a dbell set up to use at home and a small bar. I can't wait to see how he progresses over the next few months.

How long have you been doing the diesel crew shoulder rehab workout?

Luckily I have healthy shoulders and rotators now, but I am not squating in the 600s yet either:evil: I have a mini jumpstretch band that I do dislocates and pull apart with through the day. This and broomstick dislocates have kept me pretty healthy. Here is the diesel shoulder rehab vid if anyone see this and is interested....

Been doing it 2 weeks and it really is working for me. I wasn't positive about it at first but I just started having less and less pain through my workouts too.

A lot of my pain is arthritis from taking cortisone tablets for 8 months for an intestinal disorder. It totally destroyed a lot of my bones, especially my hands and feet. The Diesel Crew routine has really helped me so far.

Thanks, guys, for posting the Diesel Crew stuff. I broke my wrist about 6 months ago and while that hasn't affected my shoulders per se, I've completely lost all flexibility since I wasn't able to lift much weight. Now that I'm closer to normal, I'm finding that I can't do simple things like squat and OH press very well because my shoulders and upper back are too tight. Maybe a couple months of this might help a bit.
