Hello, another new guy here although I've been around reading for some time. I've been in the iron game a long ass time and I'm not new to any of it. 49 y/old and still at it. Bodybuilding, powerlifting, Crossfit before it became the ridiculousness it is today, and whatever else I could find that built muscle and tested my body. At any rate I'm here trying to learn like everyone else. At this point I'm only 190 at 5'8" and around 12% bf. Had to drop about 30 pounds because I was in such poor shape aerobically. Worked the last few years dropping weight and conditioning so now i'm looking to regain all that nice muscle while at least maintaining a bit of aerobic conditioning. I've cycled gear for many years so I'm certainly not new to that either......probably longer that some members have been alive, hahaha.
