I've seen many of you have said you DL every other week. Since I'm a newbie to DL's can I hit them every week or will it be doing me more harm then good? Or maybe heavy one week, light the next.....
I do them heavy every week on back day. (I add 5 lbs to my work sets every week.) I like doing them every week. But, I have only been doing them maybe 2 months or so.
