(another metal militia-type workout)
(4-7 raw bench)
raw (ring finger on ring): barx5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3,
260x3 (10 lb PR), 275x3 (25 lb PR but SLOW), 285x2
3 board: 225x3, 275x3, 315x1, 335x1 (PR of 15lbs - SLOW)
2 board: 225x3, 275x3, 325x0, 320x1 (PR of 10 lbs - SLOW)
incline: 135x10, 185x3 (almost killed myself w/ my setup)
barbell curls: bar x 10, 95x6, 105x3, 95x6 (these are so damn hard for me- no idea why)
well 285 will fall for 3 (raw) next week
*every week i do every board once, and i've been making nice PRs the last couple weeks each time..
