Another Anavar Question!

i have another question about anavar... running 10mg a day what should the calories of the diet be? i take it if a girl is having a 1500 calorie diet while taking anavar. I heard women do not take in enough calories to be making any muscle gains.

For example a woman on a 1500 calorie diet will not grow. Now a woman who is taking in 3000-4000 calories will have a significant amount of new muscle growth. I am speaking of say a 130lbs woman for example. Especially when on gear for your body will burn more calories and a more rapid rate. Is this true?

5'5".. 130lbs... goals to harden up and cut some..

will 5-6 weeks be long enough or should it be longer?
Also can someone link me the thread about how girls should work out while on gear? when im on i do the 1 body part a week but i heard women should do it differently.. Will donate all my karma to people who help me out with all the info i'm seeking.. I know u all know best..

Women can workout the same as men, on and off gear. There is no difference.

Your post is contradicting itself. First, you say that women don't eat enough to make muscle gains (usually true) BUT you say her goals are to "cut some".

Which is it? Gain muscle or cut?

Yes, both can be done at the same time, in some women, esp when AAS is taken into consideration. BUT, it is best to concentrate on one or the other.

It is basically impossible to say what her calories should be to either gain muscle or cut. We can give a ballpark .... but there are so many variables ... currect BF, genetics, training intensity, amt of cardio, activity level, hormone levels, sleep, diet, water intake, etc ..... Cutting it is easier to give a ballpark. Gaining can be even MORE individual.

In general, to cut, it should be 10-12xBW. To gain muscle, prob at least 15xBW.

Currently I'm doing an anavar cycle, and for what I've been told and seen it is about the amount of protein I take which makes a difference in the results seen. Of course the training counts too.

For instance,I'm 5'5" and training pre-comp... so I'm lowering my carbs at 3 weeks off, I'm consuming around 1.5g of protein per pound, and still see results at 10 mg per day. So really in my opinion is not about the calories but the protein.

In the past I've done anavar with little change, I trained 1 muscle group per week. In pre-comp I'm working out each body part two times a week and including 30-40 mins cardio... leaving one day to rest.
