Anobolic diet link?

Can anyone give me a good web site on "anabolic diet" that gives some suggestions on a meal plan, and a short description on how to get started. I don't want to buy the book if I don't have to.

Thanks

I don't think I can eat all of that meat in one day eh. Maybe, 1/2 of it.
I am about ready to give up on this whole diet thing.

Take care friends

Don't give up on the diet thing, just take a different approach to it. I wouldn't do this Anobolic diet. But we are all different and unique. First things first, find your BMR http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ after you find that out you need to know your daily amount of calories used a day by using the Harris Benedict Equation from here.
http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/ Now plan out your meals to create a deficit. 1 pound of body fat is around 3500 calories, its normally safe to loose 1-2 pounds per week. This usually equals out to around a 1000 less calories a day. After you have this info, get a clean diet and get a good exercise program with cardio and weight lifting. You can do it, just put forth the effort

You don't need a low carb diet to lose fat. But you can't expect to starve yourself, not exercise and still lose bodyfat. Your goal of losing 10-15lbs of fat should be fairly easy to accomplish if you stick with a diet and workout program for 8-12 weeks. Add weight training in there and you'll look like a new person. Before you go, just one more "sample diet" you can follow and make adjustments:

Meal1: 1/2 cup oats, 4 egg whites, or egg substitue 1Tbs Olive Oil

Meal 2: 1/2 cup cottage cheese , 2 Tbs. Natural Peanut Butter

Meal 3: Tuna in Olive Oil on 2 Slice Whole Wheat bread (If 1/2 cup brown rice is not possible)

Meal 4: Protein Shake with Udo's Choice or any other healthy oil, Any "healthy" snack that you like to break up the monotony of the diet.

Meal 5: 8oz. chicken, turkey, lean ground beef, flank steak, fish..., 1/2 cup brown rice, steamed veggies.

Meal 6: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 Tbs. Natural Peanut Butter or Another protein shake or carb/protein meal of your choice.

Honestly, I think what it boils down to is that I don't have the will power to give up certain foods for an extended period of time. When I clean up my diet, like cutting carbs, I crave them so bad and over do it. I have always binged on what I wanted for a couple of days and then almost ate nothing to loose the weight I would gain in the binging process. I ate fairly clean food during this binging process, so I don't understand why I am having so many problems now (except maybe my metabilism is so screwed up) I'm not completely giving up, I'm just frustrated because nothing is working and my knees are swollen from cardio and I have to start swimming instead of using the machine. Like I told alex, I don't want to stay here and complain and piss everyone off. I was not completely giving up, just going this on my own and hope it works out. Thanks for the encouragement though
