How actually good are these? I heard they are a bodybuilding based vitamin, like a super multivitamin. Im pretty young (14) and so I stick to fish oil, multi's and whey as my supplements but the vitamins I take are just 100% RDA. Now my parents do alot of running and take these other ones that have some vitamins up to 800% RDA. And with all my lifting and cardio and hard work I guess maybe I need more vitamins than the RDA... after all for someone wanting a high protein diet the UK's RDA would put my on 60g's a day lol so obviously the RDA's arent always the best figures to follow.
What I want to know is will I actually benefit at all from taking more vitamins through a better/bigger multivitamin?
