I'd definitely agree with Slugfast that you don't need to take your other multi from GNC because you're getting a whole shitload of vitamins and minerals in the Animal Pak.

no i did not take any animal pak. i am only taking stak, cuts, and GNC.
That is it and on a CKD right now.
Lost about 8 lbs so far and i think its great.

I'm sorry Cutting Concept, I misunderstood what you were using. I thought you said u had the Paks as well.
You should be fine using your multi vitamin with the others. I know the Stak has some vitamins in it but i don't think there's a heck of a lot. Congratulations on your progress so far, keep us posted on how you are doing!
