Why would anyone say you have take some thing, till the sides kick in before it will work? I have done 50mg and I did get the side half way through. I decided to manage them. However I will not run it again like that. I would not go in expecting or wanting the side.

It is definitely not a waste to run it lower. Most guys will max out at 50mg per day on S4 and many will still have vision sides at that dose. If you get quality S4 from sarms.forsale or Umbrella Labs, there is no need to dose super high.
