For doubled minis on bench I've gone as low as 50's w/o a problem. Only difference is with 90s, the bells never move an inch. But with 50s, they'll roll when you take the bands on and off (if you're training with a partner using different tension) or if you accidentally kick them or something. But if you have to drag the bells across the whole gym like I do -- 50s or 60s will work.
