Eating clean is easy - if you put the time into it.
Yup takes me a max of 2 hours on sunday to cook everything and bag it for the week. Plus when it is already and set up for you leaves no room for cheating as the food is there just grab and go. It requires you to make more effort to cheat.

Basically we've all had to go thru the same exercise of finding out what diet (food choices) and preparation / schedule works best with your work / life. Its a little bit of work the first few times, but it just becomes habit and not that big a deal. I have been packing & bringing my food with me to work and carrying it all day for at least the last 10 yrs. This was especially challenging last year during my contest prep because I had a 30 min drive to my gym at 5 am for morning cardio, 30 min down to work in the other direction for 8-10 hrs, then back up to the gym for 2 -3 hrs of training & more cardio, and then the 30 min back to my house, getting home usually around 10 pm. Thats about 15 hrs of life to be carrying all my food w/ me, every day for 4 months. Just takes a little time management & planning.

All we're saying is regardless of whatever supps you decide to take, - OTC or not - no quicky way to get your results - basically they are all irrelevant if your diet & training aren't already spot on. YOu won't get these results you envision just w/ the drugs.

Well, I usually make my lunch for the week on Sunday, and I think my diet is pretty clean right now from what I used to eat before. My only issue is that I have to add one more serving of meat somewhere and I'm starting to get sick of chicken!! I've cut my carb intake in half within the last month now and i'm slowly trying to ease myself into more protein. This is just something I need to get used to now! But thanks for you suggestions. I need to review the recipe post here, need some ideas. Any one ever tried Tofu? If so, how do u cook it to make it tastier?!

Oh....one more question, i've noticed in the morning, i'm dying of thurst, would that be the clen or anavar? I drink 3 litres a day, should I drink more??

It is for sure the clen hun bump up your water intake I get in around 6 liters normally 2-3 liters alone at the gym. Make sure to stay hydrated or you will experience some serious cramping.

For sure go through that thread on recipies tones of good stuff in there. I am not a big fan of tofu in my younger years I was a vegan now give me meat baby :chomp:

Try this it is simple
1 scope of protien powder
1/2 cup yougurt (my fav is activa vanilla has probiotics)
Take a hand blender and blend it up.

Thanks, I'll try that this week! Another question, What is your intake on soy protein?? I got myself some soy the other day and i've been adding that in for something diff.

Keep in mind....

Soy = is a moderate estrogen modulator = possible(probable) impact on water retention

Well, I probably wouldn't have gone this route if I found this site sooner!!! But I will keep going with the anavar and clen, and clean up my diet a bit...see what I get from this. Hard to keep a clean diet with the hours I work, i'm lucky i'm still hitting the gym!!

Why won't anyone listen? I am all for a little help from time to time but if your diet is not 100% then your wasting your money. Clen, IMO, is for people trying to shed a few BF% - those who can see abs already, and some seperation, or something, not for a chubby person. Let me ask you:

1. Do you know the potential side effects of Clen?
2. SIde effects of Var?
3. What is your PCT for the Var?
4. How much potassium gluconate sre you suplementing w/ ?

If you can't answer all these questions then shame on you for putting your long term health at risk in lieu of a real diet/training program. You should sit back and start researching. Listen to these people - hell, look at the pics in their profiles and SEE that they know how to attain the body your looking for - I know Bunny for one has never used any steroids - and she looks good enough to sop up w/ a biscut.

WTH???? Are you calling a woman FAT??? You have some nerve....for your info, not that it matters, i'm not chubby, and I can see my abs...You haven't seen pics of me, you don't have a clue what my body looks like.

I know what i'm getting into, and yes I know about the side effects, i'm not a freaking idiot!! So keep your 2 cents to yourself
