anavr Fake or Real????

LMAO! I'm just too damn nice. :)

As far as coming up w/ a routine - it may be that just going 3x/week and doing your regular routine is enough. More recovery time. You may notice you have more energy in general and no new stress from figuring out a new routine. Just to be in the gym and being active may be sufficient for that period of time.

But I will say if you aren't going to train in a focused way don't be on any cycle. Its a waste.

Well, I usually make my lunch for the week on Sunday, and I think my diet is pretty clean right now from what I used to eat before. My only issue is that I have to add one more serving of meat somewhere and I'm starting to get sick of chicken!! I've cut my carb intake in half within the last month now and i'm slowly trying to ease myself into more protein. This is just something I need to get used to now! But thanks for you suggestions. I need to review the recipe post here, need some ideas. Any one ever tried Tofu? If so, how do u cook it to make it tastier?!

Oh....one more question, i've noticed in the morning, i'm dying of thurst, would that be the clen or anavar? I drink 3 litres a day, should I drink more??

Well you need to eat enough carbs + protein to meet your goal of putting on muscle......Gear aside - diet is 80% of the "game".......Try using a site such as www.fitday.com to track your macros and calories.....

If you're cutting DOWN on carbs & protein, then your goal of adding muscle won't happen.....

To add to the above ....... While I give you props for trying to get things down, you are spinning your wheels pointlessly.

If your diet is not set BEFORE, BEFORE you do AAS, then this is a stupid conversation. AAS should be added AFTER everything is tried and perfected. You don't add AAS while you are "trying" to fix your diet. Fix your diet FIRST, see what results come, and THEN try AAS.

I really think doing AAS at this point is the stupidest thing.
