Is it the 10mg or the 25mg if it is the 25mg you don't want to be taking a whole dose. As Shadow said what his reuslts were and yours will be completely diffrent.

Now that was going to be my next question, on the bottle, it says 10mg however, buddy told me that the label is incorrect, they're 5mg. Tell me if that makes sense. My boyfriend wants me to only take one because he believes they are actually 10mb. The label says Syrus lab!

Your buddy is wrong they are 10 mg syrus has never been know to under does or over dose quality products you get what they say you get.
