I have read and read all of the "scientific" info but would be intersted in learning what real people have experienced with this. If diet and workouts are in check what can one expect from using 10mg a day for 6-8 weeks?

Generally var has very little sides but they an still occur, e.g.
- increase in oily skin / acne
- interrupted / irregular menstrual cycle
- possibly experience some moodiness
- increase in clitoral sensitivity

Results:
- hardening of muscles
- leaner (primarily from really focused diet / training)
- increase in strength
- faster recovery - var gives the ability to train harder due to the increased recovery.
 
var also potentiates the creatine........

ie - using creatine with var will DRAMATICALLY increase the effectiveness of the creatine
