anavar question ladies

OK - In my effort to do everything perfect....are you recomending a glass of red wine to help with liver? Just wondering as the office Christmas party is tonight and I have already reviewed the menu for my protein/veg meal but adding a little merlot would be nice! I am going to be strong and say no to the Cold Stone Ice cream though! Anyone ever tried this?

Darn! Thanks for the response as this was a real question!! Perhaps I know much less than I thought! I also left out the reasoning that I have Never had just one glass of wine and even when I do - the urge to over eat rears its ugly head - so I will continue on my path of cleanliness!! Thanks for the help!

A glass of melot or cab isn't a problem. The hepatic stress of 5 mg/d of OX is pretty low. The small amt of alcohol from a glass of wine isn't going to put anyone's hepatic function over the edge unless there's some serious underlying disease to begin with. In fact, the anti-oxidant effect of resveratrol in the red wine may actually be somewhat protective, particularly with the drop in HDL with oral AAS.

Don't sweat a glass here and there, just not the whole bottle every night.

Right on. If a glass or 2 of beer or wine while on cycle was that hard on the liver I would have been dead long ago.
