Anavar only or with test?

Fellas,

It's going to be my first cycle and I'm in no rush, but want it to be very safe and mild on my HPTA. I am also going to do a VERY good PCT. (Have done my research already and money not an issue.)

1. So the question is, which one of the 2 will do a harder suppress/shutdown; Var only or Var + Test?

2. And also,which one of the two will be better to keep the gains post cycle.

3. At last, what should be the duration to see the gains, yet ensuring my HPTA isn't messed up.

The reason why I so concerned about suppression is because I think I already have low T for my age.:confused: It hovers between 370-450, age:30.. however all the docs say it's fine if I have no symptoms, which I don't, except some general fatigue but am very hairy.

Also, on Clomid 25 for 30 days, it shoots 800+:verygood:

I am into MMA and bone strength & endurance are the primary goals, not necessarily a lot of bulk.

Age: 30
Height: 5"9
Built: Average
Goals: Bone strengthening,Endurance & Stamina

Would really appreciate your advice.
 
If you are that concerned about your HPTA, don't run a cycle.....it's that simple. You take a big risk no matter what you run. Obvusly the more compounds you run and the longer the cycle, the more shutdown, but it ALL shuts you down. If you don't want the shutdown, don't play the game.

Besides that, your goals are for endurance and stamina. You don't need steroids for that. As a matter of fact, steroids can lower that.

You should look in to sarms I heard they increase endurance but keep in mind anything will be suppressive to a point so always do your research
 
I'm sick of hearing how people don't want to fuck up there HPTA...like give me a break...
 
if you have to seriously ask these types of questions then you need to do way more research.

obviously if you run test with var its gonna shut you down harder. that is just common sense.

I assume you're saying Var without Test is a harder shutdown , but I want to understand why.

I know the body will feel better with both together during the cycle , but won't the recovery be longer with Test ?

no re-read what i wrote. the more hormones you run the more harder the shutdown. all hormones will suppress. some more than others. test is the #1 hormone that will shut you down of all of them. i have seen bloodwork after 2 weeks guys are already at 0 LH

bottom line is if you run hormones you need to run a pct to ensure you keep most of your gains and recover.

you can do all the research in the world but if you don't understand the concept behind hormones you still won't get it. your body will always know if you are putting hormones in your body and will become suppressed.. there isn't a trick to preventing that... now you can run hcgenerate and hcg which will 'mimic LH' that is the only trick that guys use to keep their nuts nice and plump. this also aids in recovery since it gives you a jumpstart ahead of pct. i strongly recommend utilizing that

O yes , that's what you said and that's what I thought. . 2 will kill you more than 1 alone.

Just asked because some people always recommend Test with all orals , but I'll go var alone now.

^^^ because they think if you run test with an oral it won't 'shut you down' .. they don't realize that test shuts you down too lol. they confuse the word 'test' with testosterone levels the body is producing on its own. when you inject test your body after a couple weeks stops producing test. i know its a weird concept but they don't grasp that for some reason

Yes I've gone quite deep with the understanding of negetive feedback loops..

So in my opinion it's better to go through a temporary phase of unpleasant cycle without Test so that when you come off , you can get your balls rolling quickly.

SARMS seem to be very less suppressive but ain't available in India. .

I'll get some from uk on my next visit and track my test through the cycle.

You have the level of info I was looking for , so if you don't mind , I have a different /stupid question for you pls.

I have low T 350-475 , but with just few weeks on clomid 25 it takes me to 800+.

So my question is if I do a clomid only of 50 , my test would surely be around 1100 , won't that be anabolic in itself ?

I asked a top endo this question and he didn't see to have any answer and just said your don't need any.

Anavar only is a great cycle for your goals, you dont need test, test brings in lots of water retention in most people so its counterproductive to your goals, lots of MMA fighter use anavar because it increase collagen synthesis, tremendous strength gains, and great stamina, so its perfect for what you want.
Go with 70mg for 6-8 weeks, now most say its alot for a first timer, its NOT, if you run it alone you need higher dose than if you were to stack it, also most ugl underdose their anavar, because its expensive to produce it, if you have real human grade var then 50mg is enough.

just cause your T levels go over 1000 doesn't magically create anabolism in the body to build muscle like magic. it doesn't work like that. and when you stop the clomid guess what happens to your T levels? yup they crater back down.

also 350-475 isn't low T. its in range. you need to stop making excuses for yourself, thats a copout blaming low T for your problems. if you ate better, worked out harder, and slept better at night your T levels and your muscle building would improve dramatically.

i play poker with a bunch of fat old guys who are on HRT. their T levels are probably 600-800 or so. how come they aren't muscular?
 
Ok ,that's cool. My doc also told me that the levels are all right , but you confirming gives me a lot of relief.

So I'm going to do a var only for now followed by a PCT and yes , a harder workout , food and sleep - which my trainer also insists.
