Lean, small and sexy?
What is your body type? Do you gain weight easily? Are you naturally waifish?

Unless you are an endomorph, you don't need to touch any sort of juice to acheive your goals. Eat right.

The problem is that if you are trying to gain muscle, you are going to gain fat in the process. You will have to bulk first, and then cut.

(You can't build muscle without eating more calories than your maintenance level.)

You can also try creatine ethyl ester. That will help you pack on some lean mass. Try that before you dabble with juice.

WHat is your diet like? SPECIFICS, please

What is your training like? Training history?

WHat are your stats? weight, height, age, BF%

well i'm about 120, 5'6" and fairly fit, i train heavy 4 times a week and eat really clean. ex. 2 eggs n organic oats in a pancake for breakfast, chicken breast and veggies lunch, tuna sandwich dinner, maybe some beef or papaya or something as a snack. i cheat here and there with chocolate. i walk 1hr a day plus weights. i just feel i still look the same with all my training and good eating. i want to look more defined and look generally smaller, but muscular, you know what i mean?
i really appriciate your advice thanks! :)

Same comment as before -- if your diet doesnt' reflect your specific goals,. the drugs won't get you there. If you are eating the same diet all the time- your body shows what that diet + your training is resulting in. I get that you eat a "clean" or "good" diet - but just like I eat a "clean" and "good" diet and train like a bitch on wheels all the time, when I go into contest prep, I orchestrate my diet specifically for cutting while maintaining muscle mass. It means you have to go down a level w/ your attention to your diet to get those results.

To that end I would say let's take a close look at your diet & see what tweaks can occur to get what you want. I might also suggest that you toss the 1 hr of walking for a different type / schedule of cardio. There are lots of ways to achieve your goals before ever looking at drugs and I'd honestly say that if you haven't explored them or seen what changes you can effect in your body w/ first diet., then training + cardio, looking to the drugs is really cheating yourself.

I wuld like to see an EXACT day's worth of food. I bet a million dollars your problem is diet and training - AAS won't help without that SOLIDLY IN PLACE.

I'd like to see diet laid out like this:

Meal 1 - 6am
4 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1/2c oatmeal made with water and splenda

Meal 2 - 9am
1/2c COttage Cheese
12 almonds

Meal 3 - 12pm
4 oz chicken breast, plain
1/2c brown rice, plain
Green Beans

etc etc etc etc

And training ... list a week's workout plan, including days, times, intensity, weights used, reps, sets, workout choices

Did I read correctly that you are doing an hour per day of cardio plus weights?

Yeah sure......and clen will drop fat if you eat 2000 cals above maintence as well

LOL

That's RIGHT up there with the tooth fairy

I think the point we're trying to make is to set realistic expectations of drugs. Esp for women nothing comes for free and you can't selectively take the results & sides you want from any drug and no one can guarantee any one result for you.

quote - "miracles"

and quote "aint gonna do shit"

are two very different things. - actually extremes -

you are both trying to get her to NOT take the anavar or at least it seems that way so I'll leave it alone.

the best thing for her or anybody to do to ask women/people who took it and were in the same situation she is in.

read everything you can then ask 10 women who have used var then make your own decision.

I have trained more than 10 who were personally using it...closer to 20 now that I think about it - so I think Im a bit more qualified to answer than most.

Low dose var will NOT overcome an HOUR of cardio PER DAY PLUS the weights.

Every day is kidney day and systemic overlaod is a very real thing, especially for woemn, who do no have the hormonal support that men do.

and of COURSE - why would ANYONE recommend anabolic steriods to someone who does NOT have the basic formative knowledge of training and diet -

Especially a woman.

SO you are right in that I am steering her away - She doesnt need gear.

She should ask around though....LOTS of Winny and tbol being passed off as var these days

not to beat this discussion to death, but she noted lifting 4x/week + 1 hr of walking....

As far as HeavyDuty's comment goes.....if you want to discuss this...let's talk about your experience with women on var as you indicated she should do.

But you are NOT going to pop over here and suggest to anyone that gear will Override diet and training....especially to a female who obviously does not have a base to build on

I'm just quoting what she said in a later post.....I asked specifically about the hour per day and was not corrected.

Doesnt matter.....a beginner has no business messing with gear

LOL...I just saw that in one of your posts, you bolded the same statement about an hour per day:

but it was only 1 part of that same post so just because it is part of it doesn't mean that's the only information -- also she hasn't been back to address the questions so I felt it fell under "beating the dead horse" category :)

I don't know you guys... She is only WALKING that doesn't seem like much cardio to me. But what do I know... I can't even get up the gumption to do my cardio in the morning.. though I am working on it...kinda sorta

SO..you would recommed AAS usage to a female with only the sparse details listed???

Here are my thoughts ....

1) if it is "only walking" - and assuming the walking is at an "easy pace" - she is wasting her time 110%. She would be burning minimal calories and wasting valuable workout time.

2) if she is "only walking" - and assuming walking is at a fast, hard pace - she is wasting her time 110%. She would be doing too much cardio. One hour a day everyday is absolutely unnecessary for MOST people IF their diet is tight and their weight training WELL PLANNED.

Two lose-lose situations in my mind. And NEITHER is a situation that needs the introduction of steroids.

Honestly, we need MUCH more info to really help this person, but details are limited here.

Exactly, and based on the details that we DO have - I am certain that EVERYONE will agree that gear is not the answer.

Out of curiousity - when is it a good time?? Is there one?

I was just commenting on this statement... It just seems as though you are discouraging her just because she does 1 hr cardio a day.

AND NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to do AAS... so don't jump the gun duder. I can't even stick to a proper diet for frick sakes.

Totally person dependent.

Imo - it should only be limited to a contest situation and everything related to competition has been tweaked to perfection....ESPECIALLY for a woman.

It seems apparent to me that some folks think that gear is the magic bullet for anyone, eating anything, training whenever.

Just the title of this thread:

Anavar?

Lean and small and sexy?

....implies that someone had the thought that anavar will get make you lean, "small" and sexy.

The fact that an hour of cardio was mentioned, futher drives home the point that the poster is misinformed, Daisy did an elegant job of going through that.
