I'm a female and I want to bulk up a little bit. I'm currently 118 lb. I'm really tiny. I have really skinny arms and skinny legs. I would like to get bigger. It seems like I push myself in the gym and whenever I try to lift heavier weights I fail. I'm actually getting weaker the more I train. What would be a good option for me? Should I use some anavar? Maybe 20 mg a day?
