I'm 22 years old 5 foot 10 inches and weigh 260 and wanna drop down to atleast 225 I'm planning on going on a diet and don't want to lose my strength so I was planning on running 80 Mgs of anavar for 3 weeks I'm planning on taking 40 Mgs in the morning before my morning run and breakfast and 40 mgs about a half hour before the gym I'm unsure of anything that i Should do to cycle off when I am done any suggestions on anything I can do to get more out of the var are appreciated
