Anavar and Test E cycle

somal007

New member
I am 5ft9, 175lbs with 24%bf

I am going to be starting a cycle on April 1st:
I have 2 bottles of Anavar (100 pills in each bottle) at 10mg each
I have 1 10ml bottle of Test Enanthate at 250mg/ml
I have Clomid for PCT

I was considering one of 2 cycles:
1. 300mg of Test E each week for 8 weeks, with Anavar at 40mg ED for 7 weeks
2. 250mg of Test E each week for 10 weeks, with anavar at 40mg ED for 7 weeks.
This will be follwed by Clomid for PCT

Which one of these cycles is better? And how should it be structured? (Should I start test first, then add anavar in week 3?)

i would hold off right now and hit up the cardio and get diet in check, then after that do

wks 1-10 test 500mg
wks 1-6 var 60-80mg ed

Well there are a few things that need to be known...like how long have you been working out and what are your goals?? is this your first cycle?? what cycles have you done before??? at 24% your diet obviously isn't that clean so before you start juicin, you need to have a super clean diet otherwise the cycle isn't gonna worth it...

again...no one should ever think about doing any sort of cycle unless their diet is spot on...otherwise it's a waste of money...keep in mind, the most expensive part of a cycle is the FOOD and for good reasons...it costs money to eat healthy!!!

Hell ya it does im eating about a dozen eggs,3cups oats,1-3oz nuts,16oz chix, 8oz sirloin, 1 white and 1 sweet potato not including 4-6 scoops protein powder....shit adds up but ill tell you what I been eating this strict diet which is about 4500cals for 4 weeks or so im up about 8lbs and putting up weight I was last cycle when I was less strict...not to jack the thread just wanted to say im happy with this diet.

well i have 2 weeks before i start, if i eat right and do cardio for 45 mins everyday, i think ill get below 20%

You aren't going to drop 4% BF in 2 weeks. Don't start it at even 20% bf either.

At 5'9" 175 lbs and 24%bf you have very little muscular development, and is an instant flag that tells me you haven't had dedication to working out for very long, nor do you know how to diet correctly. You personally need to train naturally for a long time before you should consider using steroids. They are NOT a quick fix to bad workout habits, weight problems or things along those lines. Steroids complicates things in those that have "health issues". Blood pressure is a concern with people of your physical state. The water retention, the extra weight gain are hard on your heart, the estrogen build up causes female characteristics and more fat build up more easily in people with high BF %.

I am telling you for your sake, do not use steroids. If you do, go for option 2 you listed. 250mg/week var 40mg ed.

it is ok to use aas with a higher bf imo as long as everything else is in order. that shouldnt be the only reason we discourage someone from a cycle.

for example.........powerlifters

Sure, you are absolutely right.

But he weighs 175 lbs and 24% BF and 5'9", which I will automatically and (most likely) accurately assume that he is not in good shape, his diet is crap, and he's not that strong or very well muscularly developed even naturally, might not have even touched the weights yet or know how to train properly, all of which I believe should be requirements met before using AAS. Therefore I will also give strong discouragement towards AAS use.

I would try to get another bottle of EACH of the items you have.

if you don't have access to anything else and that's all you have on hand:

WK 1-10 250mg Test E EW
WK 6-10 50mg Var ED (you'll have 25 pills leftover, that's good for another 5 days...so really it's almost 6 weeks of var but I think you should use 50mg instead of 40)

Forget clomid for PCT. That's one thing I suggest you change. Use 20mg aromasin and 30mg nolva for 3 weeks with sustain alpha for PCT.
