Anavar and phentermine

Welcome to the site, not a bad 1st post ;-)

I agree with you on a lot of those points. My doc wanted to put me on the depo shot, I looked at him like he was crazy... (because of the possible weight gain - he KNOWS the lifestyle I lead)

none taken...and I agree...I was kind of being facetious...I forget that this isn't C&C and sarcasm is either overlooked or isn't appreciated ..

I apologize and you're absolutely right

most people that want to take an amphetamine haven't looked into it much and aren't apt to be open to sound advice

I know because I was gun-ho about phentermine about 4 years ago..and know what? when I finally DID get it..legally because I wasn't interested in federal prison..it didn't do crap for me ..not one pound gone
and wound up with a temporary heart murmur
it didn't suppress my appetite and my diet sucked

I would go so far to say after that lesson that weight loss and body recomp is 95% diet
best advice I got was to keep a food log so I could accurately look over my macros

with a keto diet I personally drop fat like butter melting in a skillet
hell..my avatar is 8 weeks postpartum of my 4th baby and I'm about 30% bf there

You rock

2 hours of cardio a day? Am I reading that right? Where is the weights? those 2 things there are a huge problem in my eyes.

If your goal is fat loss, and not competition prep, then eliminating everything from your diet is not required. I personally don't see a problem with keeping turkey bacon in, or eating an apple - but I am in the minority. But you do need some diet changes.

Honestly, if you are not prepping for a contest and are not trying to get ripped - just to lose fat an get leaner - then there IS room in your diet for some "normalcy". But you have to be smart about training, smart about food choices and you will have less "wiggle room" when it comes to cheating and treats.

Oh, and drop the depo. Seriously that stuff is poison. BCP are better than the shot. I'd look into an IUD if I were you.

I agree with you, DG on the dieting part. I tend to be more of a total calories in vs total calories out over a 24 hour period, for regular dieting kinda person. I think your food choices do have an impact but would suggest staying sane and choosing things you like also helps in maintaining the longevity of the diet. :)

two hours of cardio might be causing too much of a deficit...

I kind of wonder if thyroid is suppressed (low cals high activity)..... depo can cause pcos like symtoms (insulin resistance)...in which case , yeah the turkey bacon is fine but the apple is really not

weight training seriously helps weight loss more than cardio for a lot of people...plus its more fun :p
