as far as your diet and would cut out the protein bars... most of those are just as good as eating a chocolate bar... Okay maybe a little better but usually they are very high in sugar, and also way over processed!!
first meal of the day you have to get some protein in there.. easy way with the oatmeal is to mix in a scoop or two of protein powder into the oatmeal.. or make some egg whites...
get some complex carbs in before you work out also all vegs are good but I would try to cut out peas if that is all your eating... there not bad but just not the best veg.. try to get in some broccolli, more leafy dark greens if you only have time for one or two vegs.. also I would cut out the popcorn at night... try to finish off the day with just protein and good fats..
Thanks! I was looking for a short cut and other suggestions were made. I needed some real advice from A WOMAN! You know? It's all good. THANKS for the info. on the diet. I will certainly add what you suggested. And suggestions on cardio?? I heard if you did AM cardio on an empty stomach it burned more fat. What's your take on this??? Thanks again for replying.
