Anavar and HGH ...... Advice

as far as your diet and would cut out the protein bars... most of those are just as good as eating a chocolate bar... Okay maybe a little better but usually they are very high in sugar, and also way over processed!!

first meal of the day you have to get some protein in there.. easy way with the oatmeal is to mix in a scoop or two of protein powder into the oatmeal.. or make some egg whites...

get some complex carbs in before you work out also all vegs are good but I would try to cut out peas if that is all your eating... there not bad but just not the best veg.. try to get in some broccolli, more leafy dark greens if you only have time for one or two vegs.. also I would cut out the popcorn at night... try to finish off the day with just protein and good fats..

Thanks! I was looking for a short cut and other suggestions were made. I needed some real advice from A WOMAN! You know? It's all good. THANKS for the info. on the diet. I will certainly add what you suggested. And suggestions on cardio?? I heard if you did AM cardio on an empty stomach it burned more fat. What's your take on this??? Thanks again for replying. This board has been really helpful!

You just made my day! I was absolutely horrified that someone recomended AAS use when you have not even learned your body yet. One of the worst side effects of that is mental. You would have attributed all your gains/losses to the drugs. AAS would have become a crutch.

BTW... I very close friend of mine who writes for a major publication and competes nationaly told me the pro men don't go over 2iu's a day anymore. They finally realized all the high doses destroyed their physiques!

Listen to the ladies here. They will get you better results clean than who ever gave you that advice would have on AAS!!!

Well, that's why I joined this forum. I needed some REAL GOOD advice! And I bet your right! That would have messed with me, mentally! I will listen! I already have :)

yeah am cardio before breakfast is a great idea... also interval training in my opinion is also the best for fat loss... just dont over do it!! remember slow and steady wins the race... people are often all excited for the first couple of months do to much cardio etc and just burn themselves out... you want this to be part of your life. So make it realistic!! extreme dieting and working out will of course make you lose weight but you will gain it all back once you burn yourself out... but you want to keep it off long term you have to be consisitent... do what is right for you.. moderation, consistency and making it routine is what will do it long term!!!
