What is your current diet & training like? How long have you been training? What is your plan w/ this cycle? Dosage? Frequency? And also, you're sure what you have is real?
I high lighted the reason you shouldn't be using either of these. Clean diet and hard work in the gym for at least a year before you take anything. Taking something to soon kills the gains you could reach naturally which in the long run affects you long term goals and gains. I'm not sure which you are saying is the useless one w/o the other. But... Yikes. If you are talking about the growth, then why are you taking it in the first place?
I mean, it sounds like you have done the research about how to use some of the cycles, but honestly I think you really need to get the basics in there and give your body a chance to respond to them before throwing in chemicals. 3 months of lifting & diet really don't establish a good basis for *SUPPLEMENTING* w/ var. Much less growth. You can accomplish "lose bodyfat & build muscle" w/ diet & training. You didnt' say what your bodyfat is, but I also wouldn't recommend using any of that stuff until you are lower bodyfat as well.
So, I guess aside from the fact that you are a MAJOR novice and I absolutely wouldn't recommend that you get involved w/ ANY controlled substances.
If you choose to continue your cycles, because you are new and because you are new to lifting as well, I'd keep the var to 5 mg, better to split the dose to 1/2 in the am & 1/2 in the pm and don't increase it. There's absolutely no reason to increase it as you may still be working on establishing your base and you aren't planning to compete. I also wouldn't increase the GH dose.
How long do you plan to run the var?
