anavar and creatine......bloat issues?

I know the var won't bloat......but with the creatine added, isn't the water retention supposed to go way up??

I think the CEE form may prevent any of the bloating that is commonly seen by the monohydrate.

I'll be using Ox here soon too, and i'm gonna try out CEE myself...PureCee by AF store to be exact.

I have used that combo many times and never had a bloat issue. Great combo I used Betegen from eas everytime.

from what i know creatine and var are a great combo heres something to support that not sure how accurate it may be...

". there's one thing Anavar was not famous for! It's astonishing ability to stimulate creatine phosphate synthesis in the muscle cell. And when this happens your body starts cranking out tons of ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate) the actual chemical you need for muscular energy. (Your eyes are using ATP just to read this). ATP is vital! And it's most vital for a bodybuilder, because low ATP levels which always occur after a workout, dramatically limit protein synthesis.

However, this rarely happened to anyone taking Anavar because their muscle cells were cranking out so much creatine phosphate, and thus ATP! And this is a motivation reason chemists at Searle made Anavar,to stimulate creatine phosphate synthesis, not creatine monhydrate synthesis!

Your next question is only logical . . . Then why do people still get significant results from creatine monohydrate? Simply because some of the creatine monohydrate does get converted by the body to creatine phosphate . . . but not nearly as much as it should. So you see, although micronized molecules are crucial to first getting more creatine monohydrate into your bloodstream . . . the factor that's much, much more important is converting all this successfully delivered creatine monohydrate into creatine phosphate!"

yeah thats some good info bro!

I bloated off anavar at 100mgs eod. my hair shedded too. scary. but I ran it for 3 weeks and 50mgs for 1 weeks after that. Face bloated right up though but second time around I ran it for only 50mgs ed i beleive and was strong as hell. Bloat is hard to maintain if you don't know what your doing.

Both contain Creatine Ethyl Ester. It's a highly bioavailable form of creatine developed and patented by Univ of Nebraska. You don't have to digest it. It's absorbed almost immediately.

What is the difference between creatine ethyl ester, and creatine ethyl ester malate?

the addition of malic acid (so less actual creatine/mg) though malic acid has some mild benefits (though its also quite prevalent in many sweets and foods as a "tartness" agent).

however dont beleive that there is a valid testing protocol for CEEM. Some people have intimated that it puts less strain on the kidneys, however that rumor was started by the people that sell CEEM. Just like the way that the kreakalyn people said that CEE does not exist. If CEEM is good material it should be comparable to CEE.

Are you a chick? If not don't use anavar.
