Anastrozole Dosage 200Mg TRT

Hi guys,
I have a question. I've been doing a little searching on Anastrozole dosage for my TRT but am having alot of different answers. Was wondering if anybody could recommend an ideal dosage to get my Estradiol down. I'm currently on 200mg of Testosterone for TRT. 2 months ago my Estradiol came in at 80pg/ml taking 1/2 tablet of Anastrozole every week and using TEST 200mg once a week. After doing some research, I went ahead and started doing 100mg E3D to help with my Estradiol levels and staying with the 1/2 tablet weekly. Yesterday, I went in for some lab work and found out the my Estradiol is at 75pg/ml. I'm going to increase my dosage of Anastrozole but to how much and on what days can you guys recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Everyone is different you will need blood tests to be sure but I take .5mg E3D for 200mg test / week. Maybe try something like that for a few weeks then get blood tests and adjust accordingly.

Try splitting up that 1/2mg 2 x per week instead of just the one weekly dose (0.25mgx2)

watch your libido and bloat, both good gauges for what your e2 level is at. If this is something you are going to be on long term, you would be wise to look at aromasin instead. For long term use, it's much much better on your lipids, and it actually reduces shbg as well. Much healthier alternative if you are running it long term. Check out ag guys if you need ancillaries.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the help. Just got my blood work yesterday and with 0.5 twice a week my estradiol levels came down to 41. I was thinking of reducing my testosterone shots to 160mg weekly from 200mg to get me in the sweet spot of 15-30 estradiol levels. What do you guys think? I'm kind of scared of increasing the arimidex because I hear that males shouldn't be doing more than 1mg weekly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Try 0.5mgs 3x/week and see where the blood work takes you. Don't play with your TRT dosages at this point.
