I used to eat apile of fatty junk food shit to get my cals up - now i go thru about 10 tblsp/day of flax oil ( 1250 cals ) and 2x 1000 cal shakes in addition to my regular 4 meals/day. Less zits, better gains and way less chance of clogged coronary arteries
Good point. You could, and should try and hold back on the junk. And supplimenting definatly helps. Though I wouldn't suggest supplimenting the shakes for good meals too much. There's stuff in food that suppliments just don't have.
