I'm with dylan, I know how much time, effort, and money we put into our training and diet, so to me running one cycle per year is so eefective because of how much I prepare. Running strong otc supps or research chems, keeping my diet in great form, and killing it every time I train keeps my body so engaged that by the time I'm ready to run something hardcore, my gains are amazing and I keep them all. If you make it a lifestyle and not just a hobby, it all becomes a mind game after that. Especially for me...cause I fucking love blue bell icecream...
