My friend and I were playing UFC for the dreamcast, and since he used to be into boxing, he's sort of biased to say that a well trained boxer could kick the ass off of someone like Manfred Hoeberl. If you don't know who he is, here's a link to some pics.

My friend says someone like Tito Ortiz can definately take down someone who's say 7'2 375 lbs solid muscle because he insists those guys would be too slow.

In my opinion, Mike Tyson couldn't take Manfred Hoeberl. manfred's like a small ogre. I definately don't think Tito could take him either. I do think that Tito could probably kick Tyson's ass tho. Tyson's just a street thug boxer, I think if he ever got taken down at the knees and wrestled, he'd have no idea what to do. Tito's horizon's are pretty far expanded outside of boxing, he'd probably have Tyson submit soon after a knockdown.
What do you guys think? In my opinion, you can master wielding a hammer, but no matter how good you are at weilding it, you're not going to use it to knock down a concrete wall. (A Manfred analogy)
