mmmk, well..
i increased my deadlifts by 20lbs
my pulldowns by 20lbs all at my normal sets/reps
its just an easier experience in the gym...
and today i finally put 10 amps in me--chest day
i could of tried for a new bench max, but didnt ... just real heavy on inclines, declines, and bench...
kept it basic today...
yea im taking pure mcc in my pre-workout shake an hour or so b4 hitin the gym...
whatever it is it works
im looking forward to starting a 5x5
