I'm trying to build muscle and lose bodyfat. I was measured today and it's working!!!I'm now in the lean catagory!! Whoo Hoo!!
BUT my last session was today with my old trainer and he said 125 grams max on protein. I'm 5"6 and 137 pounds. I though I should have 137 grams of protein. Who's right me or him??
