ok, so I am 250 pounds...about 23% BF...been lifting for about a year and a half...17 years old. Have a good amount of muscle mass...looking to cut. Right now my only option is to do a 40/40/20 diet because I have been having chest pain and the cardiologist doesnt want me on a ketogenic diet. What amount of calories and cario do you guys think would be the best way to go? No AAS either.
