Are BC double A’s worth taking or are they a waste of money
I saw some selling for $15-30 and that seems cheap to me
If i get a months worth would i see a difference during that month?

ironically taking them will HURT your gains. yes i said that

an excess amount is NOT good for you

unless you live on a $1 a day in a very very poor country you don't need to waste money supplementing them

amino acids work if you use them post workout with a good protein shake
but alone hard to say if they do something
