Ambien....took it 3 different times and only sleep 4 hrs each time i've done it....is this just my bodies way of regulating it? anyone else actually get 8hrs of solid sleep on Ambien?

At the 30 minuite mark the keys have becomne unruley,...

Same for me.....4 hours and then wide awake for 2-3, then groggy/sleepy for another 4 hours.

Ambien is brutal
I tried it 6-8 times
and as little as 5 mgs rocked me

never got rid of that fog either in the morning form it

nice glass of Warm milk is all i need now

Once I fall asleep, I stay asleep for 7-10 hours at a time......the Ambien just helps me be able to fall asleep....

you'll need ambien cr. ambien only gives you 4 yours of sleep and it stops working if you keep taking so you have to come off.
