I don't know what I was thinking. Woke up this morning, had just a shake and hit the gym.
not having those carbs even with preworkout I was drained early and had a crap lift.
Not saying these oats are magic and will make me lift more and make me stronger just having those good carbs, fibers etc really do help for breakfast and fill you up.
I like how you can make lower calorie option oats and also make some "sweeter bulk you up" type oats.
