I heard it is not good to use creatine for extended periods of time without taking a break.  So if this is true how am I supposed to cycle it in and off ? If this is a bunch of bullshit plz let me know as well.  Thanks in advance for your responses.  Also does anyone know a site which out lines proper bulking workouts at the gym ?
