I would break up your leg day into 2 days. 1 for quads, 1 for hammies/calves. IMO, its impossible to get a GOOD hammie workout if you are really busting ass on quads which you should be. I know that after 10 sets for Quads, there isn't anyway in hell that Im doing hammies/calves. Maybe train Back/Bi's together and do hammies/calves on a fifth day.
Are you making gains? Are you getting stronger? Are you happy with your progress? Remember
eveyone is different, one man's overtraining is another man's warm up. Hey I like that saying!
aint that the truth satasn, if i told you guys my workout over the summer, you would all tell me i was over training, but overtraining doesnt put 15lbs of muscle on you in 4 moths naturally
nothing wrong with a 5 day split. but we can't really tell you if you are lifting enough because that includes a whole slew of things other than the frequency of your workouts. how intense are you going in the gym? "lifting enough" also includes lifting heavy enough to spark some growth. you can go to the gym 3 times a week and get a better workout going high intensity with compound movements than going 6 times a week and doing a bunch of frilly machine exercises with high reps. of course this is all assuming you're trying to put mass on.
i say the split looks good...remember, it doesnt matter how much weight you use, its the form you use it with...that said, working hams after quads "shouldnt" make a difference to their development...but i dont train my legs enough to comment
